Random Update

Nothing new really. I have been back at work for two weeks now. Lyn has been away for nearly all of it. She's busy sunbaking at Saftey Beach from what I understand. She came in briefly, to "work" for a couple of hours. Translation: Shuffle everything around so when she left I couldn't find anything, and throw out stuff she deemed "useless" but turns out I actually needed. However, she didn't actually achieve anything other than rearranging the desk.

It wears me out being upstairs at work the whole day, sure. But I'm not the only one who hopes she decides holidays are more fun and that she doesn't want to come back to work. Honestly, I don't think there's anything that she manages to do efficiently, and she upsets Dean and Barry heaps too, upsetting Dean isn't hard, he rants like a moron from the moment he opens his mouth in the morning to the moment he closes it in the evening, but actually seriously upsetting Barry is no easy task! That man is an ex-cop, so he is extremely cool-headed and hard-working, but the fact that Lyn upsets him and manages to make him bellow shows just how irritating she is.

I have my first driving lesson on Monday (finally I hear you say) and I am quite nervous about it... it's at 5.45 in Croydon, so traffic will be somewhat spastic. Stay off the roads people I am finally on my way!

Anyhow, we're going out or something soon so I better go brush my hair and stick some shoes on.

20 Months already! Gah, where does time go? Next thing you know it'll be 20 years!

There are moments when I wonder how it's possible to feel as much love as I do. When I think of you, I smile so much my face hurts, and I feel so happy I have to worry about my chest exploding. (And that would be bad... no more boobies!)

Everyday I find another reason to love you more than I already do. I must be up to a million reasons by now. Even the things I moan about are so much a part of you, I have to love them all the same. And truth be told, I wouldn't change them for the world... even the nailbiting and that odd 'scratch n sniff' habit you have!

Thankyou for the time so far, you make me feel like the happiest and luckiest girl in the whole world! I can't wait to see what the next 20 months hold with you.

Anyway, I know you find love notes corny so I'm going to stop rambling. (Also I know you're struggling to read my writing)

Back... at long last.

Here I am at last folks, alive and well, and with a new network card. (Very grateful it was only that and not my whole mobo.)

In more serious news first off:

Ryan "Tweedledum" Galdeas. A bloke from work. Got the call on Tuesday afternoon, he was in a car crash Friday and passed away shortly before Trev called me to let me know. Work will be a quieter and sadder place without "Little Ryan" to hang shit on, throw things at and generally have a good giggle over his antics. May he find himself in a place with fast cars, HAWT chicks and enough Jim Beam to satsify his needs.

Generally though life is the same. We are still living at Lisa's which is not really a barrel of laughs, but hey, it's a roof over our heads right? Brea (the baby) is too cute for words, and there's a new kitten here, Snooker who is pretty damn cute herself.

I've been on holiday from work since the 22nd, and loving it. Have been drinking and sleeping to my heart's content.

Christmas and NY has also come and gone, and both were pretty cool, got to see heaps of people, and on a materialistic note did extremely well in the present side of things. Fave pressy THE ENTIRE SERIES OF M*A*S*H, including the movie and special features DVDs! Thanks to my wonderful boy Ryan. (Who also gave me a Rocky Horror calendar which I picked and paid for myself lol)

Other than that, life goes on in it's usual non descript fashion. I have work in 4 days... which I'm not looking forward to in some ways, and am heaps in others. (Getting out fo the house can only be good for me)
